This adjustable jump rope can provide a total length of 9 feet (2.75 m), making it ideal for all fitness levels and all heights. It features a precision ball bearing rotation for increased speed. The foam handles provide superior grip and comfort during your intense workouts. Whether you want to ramp up your cardio or keep it low impact is up to you; the 0.15-pound weights are removable so you can challenge your cardio and upper body training at your own comfort level. The plastic rope can handle any scratches it may come in contact with.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Ground, Expedited, and Express Shipping Service is available for most orders shipped within Canada only.
Free Shipping promotions are sent via ground only.
Free Shipping excludes heavy and/or overweight items.
Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
Orders under $99 containing no Heavy items are a flat rate of $10 for ground shipping.
Oversized shipping to non-territories charges of $50 are based on a single item. For additional oversized items an additional $35 shipping fee will be applied.
Oversized items to Territories ship at a flat rate of $250, per oversized item.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Everlast ships only to Canada via UPS and Canada Post.
Orders going to a P.O. Box must ship via Canada Post.
Orders weighing more than 66 lbs must ship via UPS.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays).
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
Delivery time is weather dependent and depends on where your order is being shipped.
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
At this time we do not offer in-store pick up.
Please be advised that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.
