Description

The Everlast Double End Anchor helps create a more controlled training experience by reducing excessive bag movement during workouts. Simply fill the inner fabric bag with 39-42 lb (18-19 kg) of dry sand to create a stable anchor for heavy bags or double-end speed bags. This added stability allows you to focus on technique, accuracy, and power throughout your training sessions. Built with premium synthetic leather and reinforced webbing, the anchor is designed for lasting durability in demanding boxing and striking workouts. The included bungee cord connects easily to the bottom tab of your bag to help control unwanted swinging while maintaining responsive movement.
