Only items purchased from Everlast Canada can be returned through our return portal.

**Note: For issues with heavy items (such as Heavy Bags, Stands, etc.), please contact our Everlast Customer Support team. These items can not be returned through our order return portal.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

Please note that we will only support guanine Canadian Everlast Products for purchases made through multi-channel retailers like Amazon, Canadian Tire and Walmart. Grey Market products will not be supported; please see our Grey Market information page for more information. https://everlast.ca/pages/grey-market

Everlast Canada will gladly exchange or refund items with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and they must have all tickets attached or in their original packaging. 

For exchange requests, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.  Everlast Canada will pay for shipping the replacement merchandise or warranty issues.

*Note: Unfortunately, items in the sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, all UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, and MASKS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you have picked the correct size.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same method used to purchase the item, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returned products must be returned in original, unopened packaging and not be used. Everlast Canada reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Everlast Canada before a refund is issued. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with the product return.
  • Everlast Canada cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customers place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.

  • All packages must have the order number clearly labelled on the outside of the package. You may include the order number in the return address, as shown above.
  • Shipments received without the order number on the package will be returned to the sender.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
  • Everlast Canada Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from using the product.

 

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

  • No exchanges or returns on final sale merchandise, Gift Cards, limited edition merchandise, underwear, custom orders and personalized orders are also final sale.
