Great for pad work

I love them, they are exactly as pictured and are a great addition to y home gym.

This is an excellent product for the price! I have had no issues with this bag that being said i do not try to hit it as hard as humanly possible. I found average force gives you a great work out. I also have it in my basement gym on carpet, it does move a bit but i find the light movement of the unit helps absorb some of the force and keeps anything from breaking

Great gloves feel great on my hands, and they are comfortable for small gloves.

Bought those for my husband. He love them. They are comfy and he was happy I found them cause we couldn't get anymore in store. It's been more then 10 years He used this brand and love it. ❤️

Bought for a 6 foot tall person who needs to sit with hips above knees. The 75cm ball isn't big enough for that but it will serve as exercise equipment. Seems strong enough, and the 3lb weight provides excellent stability.
Warning: the sand is loose in there, so keep the air hole plugged even when the ball is deflated.
