I bought this ball with the intent to use it as a desk chair replacement rather than any actual exercise, and it is too small for that purpose. For context, I am 5'8 and it's recommended that I use a 65cm ball. While it inflated quickly, it did not meet the expected diameter with the given tape measure. Any more air and the ball probably would have burst, and I was not keen to try that out. If you're taller that 5'6, I highly recommend sizing up to the 75cm ball if you want to use it as a desk chair.
